When you will hear back
- Reports of objectionable content or abusive users are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Other questions get a reply by email.
- Privacy requests (a copy of your data, corrections, deletion) go to privacy@strech.ai.
Report content or block someone
You can report a chat message, a chat photo, a job request, a review, or a person from inside the Strech and Strech Pro apps: press and hold the message or photo, or open the job's menu, choose Report, and pick a reason. You can add details if you want. You can also email support@strech.ai.
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
From the same menus, choose Block. A member can block the Pro on any of their jobs, and a Pro can block the member on any job assigned to them. Blocking stops messages between you and stops Strech from matching you with that person again. You can see and undo your blocks in Account in the Strech app, or Profile in Strech Pro.

Delete your account
In the Strech app, open Account (tap your picture on the map) and choose Delete account. In Strech Pro, open Profile and choose Delete account. If you can’t sign in, email privacy@strech.ai from the address on your account.
When you delete your account:
- Your sign-in identity with Amazon Cognito is deleted, so the account can no longer be used.
- Photos and documents you uploaded are deleted, including job, chat, and review photos and a Pro's licence, certificate, and insurance documents.
- Invoices and payment records, and records of disputes and safety reports, are kept in de-identified form for as long as we need them for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes.
- For Pros, tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.
