Strech.ai ("Strech," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you join our waitlist or apply as a contractor, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to strech.ai and any forms on it.
The short version: We only collect what you give us (like your email and phone). We use it to tell you about Strech and our launch. We don't sell your information. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
- Waitlist info: your email address, and optionally your phone number and how you heard about us.
- Contractor applications: name, business name, phone, email, trades, experience, license/insurance status, service area, and anything you choose to share.
- Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends (such as device and general location) and anti-spam signals used to protect our forms.
How we use it
- To notify you about founding-member access, our launch, and important updates.
- To review and respond to contractor applications.
- To operate, secure, and improve our site and forms.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Strech (for example, our form and email tools), and only as needed to provide the service — or if required by law.
How it's stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting and form provider on our behalf. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use:
- Essential cookies — needed for the site and our forms to work. These are always on. (We remember your cookie choice using your browser's local storage — that choice never leaves your device.)
- Optional cookies — only set if you tap "Accept." These help us understand which pages and channels bring people in, so we can focus our efforts. You can decline these with "Essential only" and the site still works fully.
You can also clear or block cookies anytime in your browser settings. We don't use cookies to track you across other websites.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails anytime using the link in any message.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@strech.ai.
- Choose not to provide optional fields (like phone) — only your email is required to join the waitlist.
Children
Strech is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as Strech grows. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
